Members enjoy an initial intake visit, a members only phone number with direct access to the providers, and unlimited text/call, telehealth, and house calls (mobile urgent care visit). - Procedural visit:
- Sutures/Stitches/Skin Glue/Laceration Repair: $300
- Incision and drainage for abscess: $300
- Foreign body removal: $225
- Earwax Removal: $150
- Sports Physicals: $150
- 3 or more athletes: $50 per physical
- Laboratory Services in addition to cost of visit:
- Covid, Flu, RSV individual testing: $20/test
- Covid/Flu combo: $30/test
- Strep throat: $10/test
- Urine Dip & Urine Pregnancy: Complementary
- Wound, urine, throat culture will be billed through your insurance by Quest Diagnostics. Out of pocket cost without insurance ranges $18-50 per test.
- Treatments in addition to cost of visit:
- Crutches: $40
- Wound care kit: $20
- Splint:
- Finger: $10
- Shoulder sling, wrist, thumb spica, ankle: $25
- Knee, ankle stirrup aircast: $35
- Medications:
- Prescription medications (ex: antibiotics, anti-inflammatory, etc.) dispensed at time of visit: $10-25 per medication
- 1x medications given at time of visit (ex: Toradol/ketorolac, dexamethasone, Zofran, nebulizer): $10-20 per medication
Given our model of care, a $50 non-refundable appointment hold fee will be charged to your credit card and applied toward your final bill. Please note we do accept HSA/FSA as payment.
