  • Sutures/Stitches/Skin Glue/Laceration Repair: $300 
  • Incision and drainage for abscess: $300
  • Foreign body removal: $225
  • Earwax Removal: $150
• Sports Physicals: $150
  • 3 or more athletes: $50 per physical

• Laboratory Services in addition to cost of visit:
  • Covid, Flu, RSV individual testing: $20/test
  • Covid/Flu combo: $30/test
  • Strep throat: $10/test
  • Urine Dip & Urine Pregnancy: Complementary
  • Wound, urine, throat culture will be billed through your insurance by Quest Diagnostics. Out of pocket cost without insurance ranges $18-50 per test.
• Treatments in addition to cost of visit:
  • Crutches: $40
  • Wound care kit: $20
  • Splint:
    • Finger: $10
    • Shoulder sling, wrist, thumb spica, ankle: $25
    • Knee, ankle stirrup aircast: $35
• Medications:
  • Prescription medications (ex: antibiotics, anti-inflammatory, etc.) dispensed at time of visit: $10-25 per medication
  • 1x medications given at time of visit (ex: Toradol/ketorolac, dexamethasone, Zofran, nebulizer): $10-20 per medication

Given our model of care, a $50 non-refundable appointment hold fee will be charged to your credit card and applied toward your final bill. Please note we do accept HSA accounts as payment.
